For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.

For COD orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order if we are unable to verify the customer's information.

Customers should provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. This does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
